Pick you at the Hotel/Airport in Dar – Es – Salaam at 7:00 am or later and travel 283 km to Mikumi National Park with lunch at the restaurant in Morogoro. After lunch proceed with a drive to the Park for evening game drive in the Park. This is a home to Elephant, Lion, Wild dog, Zebras, Hyena, Buffalo, Wildebeest, Eland, Hartebeest, Crocodile, Lizard and other residents. Over 300 species of birds have been observed in this park. Drive back to the hotel for your dinner and leave again for Night game drive which will start from 8:00 pm to 11 pm when you drive back to the hotel for overnight at Tanapa Bandas.

Breakfast at the hotel then leave for a game viewing in the park, Mikumi vegetation includes woodland, swamp and grassland with two water holes, Mkata and Chamgore. Apart from the saddle-bill stork, hammer kop and malachite kingfisher, you will also find monitor lizard and a deadly python inhabiting the pools. Back for hot lunch and rest in the hotel. Evening leave again for sunset game drive. Dinner and overnight at Tanapa Bandas.

Leave for early morning game drive in Mikumi Park. Then come back to the hotel for full breakfast. Collect your lunch box and start driving to Selous Game Reserve via Morogoro over the Uluguru Mountains across rivers and past small local villages and farms for sunset game drive in the Selous Game reserve and Dinner and overnight at Hippo Tented Camp.

Early morning sunrise game drive at the Selous Game Reserve. The Selous Game Reserve is the largest in Africa, covering 54,600 square kilometer. Selous is famous for its elephants, commonly seen are lions, wild dogs, buffaloes, bushbuck, impalas, elands, baboons, zebras and greater kudus. It was originally set aside as a hunting area where animals are abundant but more shy then the Northern Parks. Come back to the hotel for hot lunch and rest until evening when you will leave again for a Boat safari where you'll admire hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat. Dinner and overnight at Lake Hippo Camp.

Early morning leave for a wilderness walking. The walking safari will give you a particularly intimate feel for the African wilds. Walking safaris offer a good chance of seeing elephant, and good birding It starts in the morning with a guidance of an armed ranger, takes 2 hours before you come back to the camp for full breakfast, then transfer rive back to Dar es salaam and drop you off at the Hotel or airport.
