  • Rest of the 25% amount you will pay receiving your Hotel Vouchers & 07days before travel Date.


As per company rules & regulation before send amount we need final confirmation mail along with any of your ID proof Voter Id Card, Passport Scan Copy , Driving License with final travel date with flight name & timing.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before 30 Days of your travel date if you cancel your trip there is no cancellation charge are there, only some amount of service charge will be deduct & rest of all amount will be refund in your account
  • Before 29 to 15 days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 25 % of amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy
  • Before 14 to 10 Days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 50 % of amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy
  • Before 09 to 07 Days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 75 % of amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy
  • Less than 7 days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 100% amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy. There is no refund

I would rate clouds travel 8 out of 10. They were very courteous and tried to help us in every possible way by calling us in between throughout the journey.The main thing they try their best to satisfy their clients.Only certain gaps r there in planning the tour itinerary . The hotels they provided us in dharamsala and dalhousie were excellent but at the hotel paras in chandigarh we did not have a good experience. They provided a very comfortable car for the trip. I could have given them 10 out of 10 but for certain areas they need to improve n gather more information before they plan a route.
