Kashmir With Ladakh

At arrival you will met our representative. He will assist and transfer you to the Deluxe Houseboat for 02 nights stay. In the afternoon you take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens. While riding the Shikara’s there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc. Overnight stay at Houseboat in Srinagar.

After breakfast leave for half day tour to famous Nishat garden also Known as “Garden of Pleasure” built in 16th Century (1633) by the Mughal Emperor Asif Khan then visit to the second wonderful garden known as Shalimar Garden also Known as Garden of love built in 16th Century (1619) by the Mughal Emperor Shahjehan the gardens are situated on the banks of the Dal Lake with the Zabarvan hills in the background. After breakfast leave from Srinagar to Pahalgam for full day trip. Pahalgam (The Valley of Shepherds) one of the beautiful and fascinating ideal resorts all the year. Enroute, Visit the Saffron Fields of Pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old Temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantivarman) & enjoy the beautiful countryside life. After Lunch visit the places in Pahalgam by Pony ride (at own cost) Debayan, Shikargah & Baisaran. Overnight stay at Hotel in Srinagar.

DAY 5. Srinagar - Sonamarg - Kargil Leave in the morning and drive to Kargil by car/coach and road passes through the panoramic village reach Sonmarg (2740 Mtrs). After Sonmarg most rough road and wet Zojila pass 3527 Mtrs (Gateway of Ladakh). Continue drive towards Dress (The second coldest inhibited place in the world) we stop here for tea and passport check. Another two and half hours drive will take us to Kargil (2710 Mtrs) which has got its importance after opening the Ladakh for tourists in 1974. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kargil.

After breakfast leave for full day drive to Leh today we have to ascend three passes this day will be tiresome but panoramic too. First Buddhist village will be Mulbek. We have to cross the highest pass (Fotula 13749ft.) on Srinagar Leh route. At lunch time we will be at Lamayuru oldest Monastery. Continue drive to next village Nimu a view of Zanskar river following into Indus. Finally we reach Leh 3500 Mtrs. Overnight stay at Hotel in Leh.

After breakfast visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery & Stok Palace Museum. Post lunch at the hotel, visit Shanti Stupa, Sankar Gompa & Leh Palace and then explore the local markets.. Overnight stay at Hotel in Leh.

DAY 8. Leh - Pangong - Leh After early breakfast leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft), through Changla Pass 17,350 ft., it is the third highest motorable road in the world. 1200 hrs. Arrive Pangong, it is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the Banks of Pangong while appreciating the changing Colors and fascinating high altitude of the Lake. Drive back to Leh by the same route. Overnight stay at Hotel in Leh.

After breakfast full day excursion to Khardongla pass which is the highest motorable pass in the world 5600 mtrs and has been recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. At the top enjoy the natural beauty of the snow capped mountains. Overnight stay at Hotel in Leh.
