Only in Gangtok, Sumo / Maxx vehicle is not allowed to enter in city from 08.00 am to 08.00pm. All guest hiring Sumo / Maxx, need to change vehicle from Deorali Taxi Stand / Bajra Taxi Stand to enter in city. Small cars like Wagon R / Similar are running in city, guest need to pay Rs. 150/- to 250/- approx per car to enter in the city. This cost is not included in the package. Our driver will help the guest to find /change the vehicle.

Notes

Offered itinerary is intended to give general idea of the likely trip schedule. There are lots of factors such as weather, road conditions, availability of rooms due itinerary may be alternate. We reserve right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participantu2019s safety, comfort and general well being.
You have to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive. Mainly in Gangtok vehicle will not allowed to park at the hotel instead of parking stand. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
In Gangtok outside vehicle are not allowed to enter in the city. Only local taxi can roam around within Gangtok city. All outside vehicle will pick up & drop them from Deorali taxi stand. We provide local taxi for pick up & drop facility. For this reason guest have to wait sometime in the Hotel & Taxi Stand.
As most of the services are on point to point basis, it is obvious that the vehicle and the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leaving the vehicle.
Last moments alterations are depends on company terms. We have full right to accept or reject as per the situation.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred u2013 directly or indirectly due to natural hazards like cancellations, accidents, break down of machineries or equipments, break down of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

Thank you so much for your excellent arrangements and care. Transport, timings, drivers, planning, places of visit, everything excellent. Only few points we want to bring your notice , we all coming from hot places, day time we can enjoy the climate but during night we require proper room heaters, Water kettles and it is very common in South side hill station hotels.(Inclusive of the tariff) It's not a big issue but it improves your travels quality and we once again thank you for the great arrangements. We care holidays managed the total package very well . Our tour package of Sikkim Darjeeling for 7nights was well planned for us with good select 2 star hotels and good food . The drivers who accompanied usherette very cordial and well behaved. Special mention of Tan di, santosh Sharma who really helped and guide us on the various sightseeing places. Overall very satisfying experience

Overall the tour was good. But there was issue related to food and Room. They do not provide heaters in any of the room as it was too cold. As per the itenary the lunch plan was not included which is okay but they should plan the outing as we can take lunch outside. People are very kind over there. The sight seeing mentioned in the itenary is not followed properly.
