• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 1. Outstanding 50 % amount should be paid 15 days prior to the tour start date.
• 2. The aviation company reserves the rights to change the flights timing depending up on weather conditions. Cancellation policies will be applied in case of inability to perform fly to any dham due to bad weather.
• 3. Only 5 Kg Luggage per pax will be permitted in to the choppers.
• 4. Children above 2 Years will be charged full ticket.
• 5. Must Carry wooden cloths and medical kit with you.
• 6. Royalty Charges will be applied per pax 25000/- . It should be paid 3 days prior to the trip start date.
