Destination Tours and Events

Booking Policy

• To confirm the booking, a minimum advance payment of 30%–40% of the total package cost is required.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.

• Hotel bookings and services will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.

Payment Policy

• Payments can be made through Bank Transfer, UPI, or Online Payment.

• Clients must share the payment confirmation or transaction screenshot after making the payment.

• All payments should be cleared before the travel date unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 Days or more before travel: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.

• 15–29 Days before travel: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.

• 07–14 Days before travel: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.

• Less than 07 Days before travel or No Show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel and transport supplier policies.

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

• Service charges or supplier charges may be deducted before processing the refund.

Amendment Policy

• Any changes in travel date, hotel, or itinerary will be subject to availability.

• Additional charges may apply depending on hotel or transport provider policies.

Important Notes

• Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM – 02:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM depending on hotel policy.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

• In case of weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, or government restrictions, the itinerary may be modified without prior notice.

• The company will not be responsible for flight delays, train delays, or missed connections.
