Terms and Conditions

• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Cancellation Policy:
• We are confident that you will not cancel the reservation. However, if your constrained to do so due to unavoidable circumstances, the following cancellations norms will apply
• 1. Cancellation received 15 days of travel - 50% Cost of the Package
• 2. Cancellation received less than 7 days - No refund
• 3. Flight, Bus tickets booked any through us- cancellation will be according to their own terms. Please check with the flight or bus company.
• 4. All holiday packages will have fixed cancellation charges of Rs. 5000 per package.
• 5. All holiday packages will have a iable cancellation charges. They depend from 0 to 100% of the trip cost based on the time of your cancellation. Please check with us for further details.
• Disclaimer:
• If any changes are there in the Itinerary because of flight or train or bus delay, we are not responsible for that. If the tour extends because of any weather issues or any delay issues in the travel you need to bear the extra cost for staying in the hotel.
