Good evening. I just wanted to email you about the travel agency Infinity Tours P Ltd that you directed me to in order to arrange an itinerary for our upcoming trip to Nepal. I thought I should let you know how I am getting on with them now or I will forget (as you requested). From the first email I received from this company I have received all the help I need, every query I have has been answered in detail and in a very timely manner. They are very efficient and are still dealing with my queries about weather, air conditioning, flights etc. I will be finalising my plans within the next couple of days with this company and just want to say 'thank you' for putting me in contact with such a professional agency. We had a wonderful time in Nepal. The travel guides were very helpful in explaining about the heritage sights, but the highlight was the plane ride over the Himalaya ranges and the sunrise from Nagarcot hotel.

Thank you. All the arrangements made were great. Good hotels, good driver and tour guide (Prakash Bastakoti) and a great itinerary. Prem Khanal made sure everything went smoothly and I was well looked after. I loved Nepal and will come back again at a time when the weather will be better!
