Luke

Luke is a town in Allegany County, Maryland, United States, along the Potomac River only upstream of Westernport. Referred to initially as West Piedmont, the town is a piece of the Cumberland, MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area. The town of Luke was settled in the mid 1770s. Among the principal pilgrims to arrive were the Davis siblings, who set up a saw process where the town of Luke now stands.

The plant gave cross-binds to the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad as it drove its rails westbound through the Piedmont territory of what is currently West Virginia. It is one of the great city in USA.
