Izmayil

Izmail is a historic metropolis at the Danube river in Odessa Oblast in south-western Ukraine. Administratively, Izmail is incorporated as a metropolis of oblast significance. It also serves because the place of job of Izmail Raion, considered one of 26 districts of Odessa Oblast, although it is not a part of the district.
