About Uganda Museum

The Uganda Museum is situated in Kampala, Uganda. It shows and displays ethnological, normal authentic and conventional life accumulations of Uganda's social legacy. It was established in 1908, after Governor George Wilson required "all articles of enthusiasm" on Uganda to be procured.Among the accumulations in the Uganda Museum are playable melodic instruments, chasing gear, weaponry, prehistoric studies and entomology.

It is the most seasoned exhibition hall in East Africa;citation needed it was authoritatively settled by the British protectorate government in 1908 with ethnographic material. Its history backpedals to 1902 when Governor George Wilson called for gathering of objects of enthusiasm all through the nation to set up an exhibition hall.
