akbar is a cheat and a fraud. my friends and i planned a trip to bangkok late last month and unfortunately we chose glorious holidays which is anything but glorious. we paid for the whole package upfront but when we landed in bangkok, the local agent called and told us that she will not be sending the vehicle as akbar had not paid them for the services. we were quite shocked. when i called akbar he gave me some story and begged me to pay the local agent 1000$ and that he would pay me back. when

even though our flight landed late at siem reap on 11-10-2019 and took a considerable time for visa clearance, the waiting guide promptly welcomed our group outside the airport. he informed us that since the check-in time at the hotel is 2pm, we would be first taken for a tour of the city and then to the hotel, which we found uncomfortable as everyone wanted to ease and comfort themselves after the whole nights flight. the bus was big enough to accommodate all the persons with luggage and took u

planned a trip with asap holidays. horrible travel agents. my travel agent ms. ankita jain planned the worst trip for me ever. the hotels booked were cheap ones at cheap locations. had to sleep with bugs, no proper breakfast, and would do nothing about it. it was a sheer waste of money. the trip was a task instead of a relaxing vacation

very worst planner, not recommended at all. spoiled my honeymoon. no point of contact at visited place. only money minded. once u pay them, they will not listen to you and flight booking is also worst.

the agent provided by hellotravel are fraud! ghumoworld was the agent supplied by them who took all the money and did not book any tickets or hotels. hellotravel should not list fraudsters or should het blacklisted itself for sharing their details.

we had the worse travel experience to deal with this owner in our career of traveling. sudeepa quoted us 75k inr which should have included on road traveling with assigned seats,hotels,driver & we paid in full before trip starts. she has an habbit of giving fake itineraries and contact details. dont go with this agency for any domestic and international trips. do not use this travel agency at all
