Teocaltiche

Teocaltiche is a city and municipality of the High North Region of the kingdom of Jalisco, Mexico. It is a part of the Bajio macro location. Thanks to archaeological discoveries its miles believed that the first settlement dates from the year 1187. It become inhabited by tecuexes and caxcanes, forming these Great Cazcana, whose dominions prolonged until Zacatecas and the now nation of Durango.
