Paola

Paola is a city and municipality in the province of Cosenza inside the Calabria region of southern Italy. Paola is on the jap shore of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Nearby cities include Fuscaldo to the north, San Lucido to the south, Montalto Uffugo to the east and San Benedetto Ullano to the northeast. In July 1555, the Beylerbey of the Mediterranean, Turgut Reis, captured the town. In August 1943, the Middle of World War II, whilst 80% iron-core bomb fell right inside the middle of the agglomeration, however now not detonated, a reality extensively said as a miracle.
