we have booked honeymoon package via mysterious himachal travel agency. our plan was to go manali followed by shimla. as per the plan, we reached chandigarh airport at 1010 am. the driver picked us and started the journey. he has taken directly to the shimla hotel rather than taking us to the manali hotel. when i called the mysterious himachal regarding this, they are not ready to accept the mistake. finally after 30 minutes of dramatic scenes, they agreed us to take to manali. it's already 04

never book in mij. they are only matter with money.one time they get money they can't look into our problems and needs. pulkit khurana is very bad person he changed our hotels on last day. they didn't give us same hotel which one describes in the pdf.

i have visited the shimla and manali from 22 to 28 th november very well organised.thank you very much nirmal for arranging everything in shimla and manali. hotels, vehicle arranged & hospatility was ultimately good around the trip without time bond. expecting much more to come with your company. special thanks to mr rajeev chouhan to our transporter there is no single complaint about that person thank you once again this trip become more memorable.

worst travel company exposure, felt like i have been compromised, these people don't understand the very basic nature of competition in the market. if somebody gets a good deal from some other competitor, it's unbearable to them, and i am uploading a response which i received from chetan thakur, the sales executive/tour advisor. the company should teach him the very basic nature of sales is to maintain the relations with a customer, because you never know when he might use your services. here go

humble request to everyone not to travel with himalayan mysteries. recently i had bad experience as traveling with my entire family with senior citizens. point to be mentioned as below 1. bad planning and miscommunication 2. worst hotels.. no hot water, no breakfast 3. arrogant driver and owner 4. not shown all the site seeing which mentioned in the iternery. 5. these guys stealing money from tourists 6. many people fighting with them daily for small small requirements please please.. i reco
