overall it was a good experience. hi tech holiday provides flexibility to change dates. 50% payment done for booking, rest of the amount paid once we reached the destination. good cab driver was assigned. subangi is really helpful in organizing the whole trip, all arrangements was done nothing was missed. she even helped with the e-pass as i was facing some issue.

felt bad with the rooms provided i paid 30k and i got rooms with no heaters no lift no food and hotel in a mass area where family people can't go out safely in mysore and in ooty i got room with no heater and no lift i have to climb steps for 2 floors completely felt upset

worst experience with wish your holidays. till we reach they dint booked the hotel but they have shared hotel confirmation which was fake after reaching ooty myself went and booked the another hotel as that hotel was already full. there response will be good till you pay the advance money once you pay it there no proper response. we have travelled through car worst drive i have seen in my life. i recommended better to avoid this traveler and book your trip your self this is the best way to avoi

wishyour holiday very bad service, sanjay sharma tour manager took 12k for 5nights hotel, booked hotel with bad wifi, outside city, no breakfast, and switched off the mobile when complained. he knew customer is with young kid, but didnt help, pls dont book any tour with them
