About Kondapalli
Kondapalli is an census town in Krishna area of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is found 4 km far from Ibrahimpatnam mandal central command Ibrahimpatnam mandal under Vijayawada income division. The town is known for Kondapally Toys. The toys are etched from neighborhood light softwoods Tella Poniki and painted with vegetable colors, and dynamic finish hues. They are made by nearby wooden and lay craftsmans. The most famous toys incorporate Dasavatarams elephants with Ambari, palanquin-bearers conveying the lady of the hour and groom, hard stuff tapper, set of town specialists, and also different creatures. The papier mache swinging doll is a most loved with many.
Kondapalli is home to the Kondapalli Reserve Forest one of the final unblemished woodlands in the Krishna locale, spread over a zone of 30,000 sections of land. It is home to a few panthers, wild mutts, jackals, wild pig, and wolves with a changed geography. Kondapalli is a modern suburb of Vijayawada. It has one of the biggest mechanical domains modern parks in Andhra Pradesh, spread more than 450 sections of land 1.8 km2 and supporting more than 800 mechanical endeavors. Second biggest wagon workshop of Indian Railways is available in Rayanapadu Guntupalli around 3 km from Kondapalli. In expansion to a 1760 MW Vijayawada Thermal power venture VTPS The VTPS name has since been supplanted by NTTPs and 368.144 MW gas based Lanco control plant which is under development to 768.144 MW are situated here.
