we booked chardham yatra 2019 and requested for package along with car from delhi. we used to interact with poonam upadyay until a day before the start of tour. when followed up for driver and vehicle details, suddenly deepak came into picture and we got the driver details at last minute. they always speak politely but never call on their own. we have to call them if we need our job done. the hotels at barkot is terrible amandeep. it is meant for dharamshala and group tour, not for decent peop

we had an excellent and uneventful trip to char dham that was extremely well organized and arranged by sunil in person. he was very prompt responding to my emails and addressing my concerns while arranging the trip for us. given the difficult roads that we had to navigate, having a good driver was very important - kamal was an excellent driver and he did a marvelous job keeping us safe. ashish was our guide and we are glad that we chose to have him as he did a great job explaining everything in

simply superb service by abd travels, mr. kapil thakur over come all our negative image on arranged tours by providing excellent arrangement since starting of our trip from dehradun to dehradun, visited chardham yamunotri, gangotri, kedarnath and badrinath. it is not an feed back it is personal recommendation for people of our age to choose this abd travel enjoyable , cooperation with guests attitude.

I think travel agent pay less to hotel and hotel owners behave like unwanted personal entertain. No good service/care given to prebooked and MAP schemes customer.
