Bagnolet

Bagnolet is a collective in the eastern rural areas of Paris, France. It is found 5.2 km from the focal point of Paris. Its occupants are called Bagnoletais. On 1 January 1860, the city of Paris was amplified by attaching neighboring cooperatives. On that event, a little piece of the collective of Bagnolet was added to the city of Paris. In the meantime, the cooperative of Charonne was disbanded and isolated between the city of Paris, Bagnolet, and Montreuil. Bagnolet got a little piece of the domain of Charonne.

On 24 July 1867, a piece of the domain of Bagnolet was disconnected and converged with a piece of the region of Romainville and a piece of the region of Pantin to make the cooperative of Les Lilas. The town used to be the home of the Chateau de Bagnolet. In December 2013, the city's board casted a ballot to make Georges Ibrahim Abdallah a "privileged occupant." The city committee's movement depicted him as a "socialist lobbyist" and a "political detainee" who "has a place with the opposition development of Lebanon" and is a "decided safeguard of the Palestinian noble motivation." The movement expressed that Abdallah's discharge was being denied "basically due to the intercession of the US government" and "To require his freedom, the civil gathering announces him a privileged resident of Bagnolet". In July 2014, the regulatory court in Montreuil disavowed the city's movement to allow Abdallah privileged citizenship.
