NJP/Baghdogra - Aritar 120 Kms/5 Hrs

Pick up from NJP Railway Station/ IXB Airport, transfer to Aritar. Post lunch Session free for photograph, visit famous Lampokhari Lake Highest boating lake at Sikkim for Boating , also visit Dukbunglow. After lunch you may trek to the Mankhim Dara 6, 500 ft , a hilltop overlooking the Lampokhari Lake is quite enthralling.
A temple of the ethnic Rai sect of Hindu origin is located at Maity village Kheselakha from where the tourist may have a view of beautiful sunset. Overnight at Aritar.

Time has flown since we returned from our visit to Silk Route in September but we did want to thank Classic Holiday, and especially Mrs. Sumitra Pradhan who organised everything, and our great driver Umesh, for such an excellent short tour before we stayed put for two weeks in a home stay of Himalaya (Sillery), Chitiz (Aritar) and lamakhang (Lower Zuluk). Everything was perfect: a very efficiently planned schedule, an itinerary perfectly adapted to what I wanted to see, Many thanks to you Classic Holiday.
