• Please be informed that availability status is subject to change, and confirmation of reservation would be subject to availability at the time of receiving the guarantee.
• Cancellation policy​:
• 1. Reservations cancelled / amended 26 days prior to check-in shall be exempt from cancellation charges.
• 2. 10 days to 25 Days prior to Arrival- 50% of the total package cost.
• 3. There shall be no refunds for “no shows”, “early check-outs” or cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the check-in date.
• 4. Management reserves the right to change the rates at any time without giving prior notice.
• Refund policy:​​
• ü In case of cancellation, applicable refund if any will be processed within 30 working days.​
• ü The amount will be refunded by the same mode in which the guest has made the payment.
• Terms & Conditions:
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in the resort. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
• The standard check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 morning. Early check-in and late check-outs are on request and subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 48 hrs of the check in date or in case of no show, full cost of stay shall be charged.
• Cancellations made between 96 - 48 hrs of the check in date, cost of 1 night of the package would be charged. Non refundable policy during peak season.
• Cancellations made before 96 hrs of the check in date 25% of the package cost would be charged.
