• * 15% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 1. Airfare are subject to availability.
• 2. All hotels are non-refundable.
• 3. No Hotel Rooms Booked.
• 4. Hotels are subject to availability.
• 5. Flight rates are subject to availability.
• 6. In LCC airlines meals & amp; baggage are not included.
• 7. Final confirmation is considered post booking amount is received.
• 8. Additional charges on 25 Dec as per hotel police.
• 9. Before confirmation please check the Service Agreement form.
• 10. ROE considered 68.
• 11. Final ROE will be considered once 100% payment received.
• 12.  All Hotels Check In time is 1400 hrs & amp; Check Out time is 1200hrs Early Check In /
