• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

• • No commission on Extra Bed, Child No Bed, MAP & AP Supplements

• • Any expenses of personal nature.
• • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increasing the cost of surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
