Arrive at Phuentsholing border to meet your Guide, present at immigration office in the morning for processing for entry to Bhutan. Note: it may be necessary for guest to arrive to Border the day prior, depending on the travel arrangements for the guest, to ensure there is enough time for the immigration process before heading on to Thimphu. Drive 5-6hrs to Thimphu, on the way visit the view point of border from Kharipandi.

Today you will have the opportunity to visit some of the sights around Thimphu, there are 2 beautiful monasteries to choose from as well as other cultural activities we can discuss with you to your preference. Cultural & Nature sightseeing may include: Nature walk and easy hike to Tango or Cheri Monastery, Heritage Museum, Memorial Chorten

After a relaxing breakfast you will be able to visit some of the other many sights that Thimphu has to offer. The you will drive to Punakha via Dochula pass at 3050m. After the lunch take a short easy hike to Chimi Lhakhang, the fertility temple, through a lovely rice field and afterward visit a local traditional farmhouse. Cultural & Nature sightseeing may include: Sangchhen Dorji Lhuendrup Lhakhang Nunnery, Punakha Dzong, Dochula Pass, Chimi Lhakhang, Talo Village walk.

Today drive to Paro via Dochula, you will have the opportunity to stop along the way and enjoy the beautiful surrounds if preferred. You will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then take a short drive to a local temple. You will have a chance to wander around Paro town and purchase any souvenirs for yourself, family or friends if you desire. Cultural sightseeing may include: Rinpung Dzong, Drukgyel Dzong, Kyichu Lhakhang.

Nature Day Excursion: Today you may choose to visit Haa Region for nature walks around Chelela Pass, where you will also visit a local village and monastery.

Morning Hike to Tiger Nest, as you return enjoy traditional cow boy hot pack lunch. If you do not wish to visit Tigers Nest, we will arrange a lovely drive in the surrounds around Paro to enjoy the beautiful views and nature, this is easily adjusted. You will also have the option to visit a local farmhouse.

Today you will make the return journey to the border, when you reach Phuentsholing your guide and driver will bid you farewell.
