Day 1: Arrival Cochin and Transfer to Munnar (135kms/4hrs) Arrive in Cochin and transfer to Munnar. The beautiful landscapes, cozy weather, and the artistically cut tea plants make Munnar one of the most sought-after destinations in South India. Munnar is situated near the Anaimudi Peak, the highest peak in the Western Ghats. On the way, stop at Cheeyappara waterfalls. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Today morning after breakfast visit Eravikulam national Park famous for Nilghiri Mountain goats, Tea museum explains about the processing of tea. Mattuppetty dam which has an artificial lake built by a small hydroelectric project. Echo Point is known for the natural echo affect it produces. Stay overnight at the hotel.

House Boat 2

After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Drive to Alleppy and arrive by the afternoon, House boats are olden day’s rice boats which used to transport items like rice and coconuts across Kerala. Check into the Houseboat and take lunch and enjoy rest of the day at leisure cruising in the backwater till 05.30 pm. Dinner and Stay overnight at the Houseboat.
