Visa and Entry Permit Information
Visa is not required if you are an Indian national wanting to travel to Bhutan, however, for immigration purpose you do require a tourist permit to enter Bhutan which can be availed on arrival by road or air. For Indians wanting to procure this tourist permit, all you need is a passport with validity for 6 months or a voter ID Card. Aadhar card is not officially accepted in Bhutan for granting tourist permits. The Bhutan Tourist permit for Indians is free of cost. The tourist permit can also be procured online but it is only for people having passport and having booked 3 star hotels. If you are travelling by road into Bhutan please note that the visa office operates from 8 AM to 5 PM and is shut on Sundays.

Texatrove while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services only acts as an agent on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damages, loss, delay or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents.
All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care; however, no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond our control. Neither have we had control on the mode of transport like shipping, Airline, railways, coaches, buses etc nor on the hotels, restaurants or any other facilities. Thus as a company we shall not be responsible for any kind of damage to the person or to the property because of these independent vendors.
You understand and agree that Texatrove is only the facilitator connecting the service provider including transportation airline sightseeing Boarding lodging hotel etc. and all reservations and booking will be subject to additional terms and conditions. You acknowledge that some suppliers may require you to present a credit card cash deposit to cover additional expenses during your stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by Texatrove for services booked by Texatrove. You acknowledge that service provider may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of such rules may result in cancellation of your reservation in you being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any money paid for such reservation and or debating your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
Bookings made by you through Texatrove, Texatrove will only act as an intermediary between you and the service provider and you agree that the contractual relationship will be between you and the service provider. Texatroves sole responsibility is to transmit the details of your reservation to the relevant service provider and send you a confirmation email regarding the booking. Payments for all bookings will be in accordance to the terms and conditions set forth by Texatrove and the service provider. You agree to be bound by the service provider’s terms which include (but not limit) the service provider’s rules regarding use of service of service provider.
Texatrove reserves the right to modify any arrangements required by and made on behalf of clients and to cancel the same without prior notice.
Standard check in time in hotel is 15:00 hours and standard check out time in hotel is 12:00 hrs the same will be honored and kept into account any deviation from the same will attract an early check in and late checkout fee.
Rate of Exchange taken into consideration while costing the product may be different compared to actuals, the final amount of the tour would be subject to the exchange rate at the time of final payment.
The driving time mentioned between cities is only an indicative. The actual driving time may differ from the time mentioned in the itinerary due to multiple factors such as the road conditions, traffic and weather conditions.
Meals and services, unless specified in the itinerary, are not included.
Rates are subject to change in case of change in taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes and entrance fees.
Rates mentioned above are valid only for Indian nationals residing in India. Rates may vary depending on the country of residence.
Texatrove shall under no circumstance whatsoever be liable to the explorer client traveller participant or his co-traveler for Temporary or permanent loss damage to baggage personal effects howsoever caused. In this condition the expression “howsoever caused” includes willful negligence on the part of any person.
Damage or loss caused due to reasons beyond the control of the company (Force Majeure Vis Majeure).
No liability on the part of the Company arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the respective holiday cost and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
The Users shall hold Texatrove its directors, agents, employees fully indemnified and harmless in case any suit, action, application, revision, writ petition, execution proceedings, claim, demand or any other legal proceedings are initiated against Texatrove its directors, agents, employees due to any action s of the User in using the website.

Participants suffering from chronic conditions like asthma bronchitis, blood pressure, migraine, diabetes etc should take permission from their physicians before travelling.
Jurisdiction – For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tours co-ordinated and or marketed by Texatrove the courts, forums and tribunals in Mumbai alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Indemnity – The Users shall hold Texatrove, its directors, agents, employees fully indemnified and harmless in case any suit, action, application, revision, writ petition, execution proceedings, claim, demand or any other legal proceedings are initiated against Texatrove its directors, agents, employees due to any action s of the User.
Payments Policy – 100% payment will need to be made to confirm the booking.
If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she he shall give a written application to the company within a specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges stated hereunder. Cancellation charges will be calculated on Gross Tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure & the date of cancellation. Cancellation charges for any mode of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority. Air ticket issued on special fare is non-refundable and the guest shall bear cancellation charges. Any refund payable to the guest will be paid after the company receives refund from the respective authorities. The company deducts processing charges from the refund which is to be paid to the guest. Charges are levied on the Gross tour price and not the discounted price. For an Indian tour, cancellation does not include air ticket cancellation and they will be levied separately. For tailor-made holiday, cancellation charges will defer accordingly as per services booked.

60 to 46 days – 25%
45 to 31 days – 50%
30 to 1 days – 100% full amount
In case if any Tour is cancelled from the Company’s end, then the full refund of amount paid by the guest will be made within 7 working days of cancellation of the tour by cheque only. Alternatively, the guest can take any other Tour option suggested by the Travel Advisor or can utilize the tour amount paid for any of the company’s future tour.
Refunds if any, for variation modification amendments alteration and or cancellations etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A C payee’ cheque, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
No refund will be payable for the below mentioned
For any missed unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason.
If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended or not utilized.
If any guest decides and or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in the rules by the concerned Government.
If the tour is indefinitely postponed due to a natural calamity, riots, political calamities or any other unforeseen calamities.
Refund is not applicable for sectors on Indian World tours wherein air tickets are non-refundable and date change is not allowed.
For all Card payments transaction failure – Payment received by Cards and if there is any refund, such refund will be done through the respective cards Financial Institutions and credited to the same card. The charges for transaction to be borne by the guests
The company reserves the right to
Take the booking for a group or individual tour
Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest.
Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager.
Withdraw discounts at any point of time.
Change the routing of Air Travel.
Change hotel and tour program due to unavoidable circumstances.
