• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• • 10 days prior to the Date of Travel or in case of No-Show, 100% retention is payable.
• • 10 to 30 days prior to the Date of Travel 75% retention is payable.
• • 30 to 45 days prior to the Date of Travel 50% retention is payable.
• • 45 days or more, service fee 10% of Total Package amount is Payable.
• • No refund in case of early Check Out.
• • ROOMS WILL BE PROVIDED ON AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF CONFRIMATION.
• • IF THE MENTIONED HOTELS ARE NOT AVILABLE AT THE TIME OF CONFRIMATION A
• • SIMILAR CATEGORY HOTEL WILL BE PROVIDED FROM THE SAME AREA WITH PRIOR NOTIFICATIONS
• • Management will not be responsible for any belongings that are lost or stolen or damaged during the tour.
• • All transfer times mentioned above are subject to iations depending on traffic flow and road conditions.
