Terms and Conditions

• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• In any case of cancellation of booking, it must inform in advance by writing. Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of cancellation email /letter.
• The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms.
• No refund for unutilized service
• Subject to GOI/RBI approval
• Airport transfers will be provided only if pax travel with the group.
• All other passengers arriving/departing separately will have to arrange their own airport transfers.
• All Hotels, Restaurants itinerary subject to change without notice

• Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package cost to be deducted
• From 14 days up to 10 days before of service 50 % of total cost will be deducted
• From 09 days up to 06 days before of service 60 % of total cost will be deducted
• From 05 days up to 48hrs before of service 90 % of total cost will be deducted
• Between 48 hours to the day of service starts 100 % of total cost will be deducte
• In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total cost will be deducted
