Banes

Banes is a municipality and metropolis within the Holguin Province of Cuba. The call comes from the inhabitants Taino language phrase Bani, meaning "valley". Hurricane Ike made landfall here as a Category 4 storm at the nighttime of September 7, 2008, inflicting first rate losses of assets.
