Fagersta

Fagersta is a locality and the seat of Fagersta Municipality in Vastmanland County, Sweden, with 11,130 population in 2010. Fagersta become made a town in 1944 while the economic hot spot of Fagersta merged with its carrier-oriented neighbour Vastanfors. It is now the seat of Fagersta Municipality. The town is placed on the junction of two railways among Ludvika-Västerås and Avesta Krylbo-Örebro, inside the heart of the historical Bergslagen vicinity that's wealthy in copper and iron ore.
