Dzemul

Dzemul Municipality is one of the 106 municipalities in the Mexican kingdom of Yucatan containing 123.Ninety one square kilometres of land and positioned more or less 47 kilometres northeast of the city of Merida. There is a big Mayan archaeological site referred to as Xcambo, which is used as a place of worship as there may be a chapel constructed above the Mayan stays. The municipal president is elected for a 3-yr term. The metropolis council has 4 councilpersons, who function Secretary and councilors of markets; parks and gardens; cemeteries. The Municipal Council administers the commercial enterprise of the municipality.
