• * 15% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 1. Air tickets will be booked with 50% amount
• 2. Airfare are subject to availability
• 3. No Hotel Rooms Booked.
• 4. All Hotels are Non Refundable.
• 5. Before confirmation please check the Service Agreement form
• 6. In LCC airlines meals & baggage are not included.
• 7. All Hotels Check In time is 1400 hrs & Check Out time is 1200hrs Early Check In / Late Check Out is subject to availability & at the discretion of hotel.
• 8. Room availability of above quoted hotels are strictly subject to change & will check availability & confirm at the time of reporting as confirmed booking
• 9. Final confirmation is considered post booking amount is received.
• 10. Final ROE will be considered once the 100% payment received.
