Hippo Camp/ Ngalawa Camp 3

Early morning you will meet with our Driver/Guide and get a short safari brief then depart to Selous Game Reserve with our Air condition Min van, where its approximately 4-6hours drive from the economic city of Tanzania (Dar es Salaam). Stop point in between for short calls and refreshment with some personal items, arrive at Selous Game Reserve in early afternoon for lunch and get a boat safari for enjoying the magnificence of a Selous river sunset, listen to all the nighttime animal sounds, see the bush babies foraging with the hippo’s snorting close by. Dinner and overnight at Hippo.

Ndovu Lodge 3

Morning after breakfast, you will depart for a fullday game drive with packed lunch box. It’s another day for exploring larger population of Elephants, Buffalo, Hippo, Crocodile and endangered Wild dog. Commonly seen are pride of Lion, Bush buck, Impala, Warthogs, Ostrich, Giraffe, Eland, Baboon, Zebra, Hyena, Kudu, rare sable antelope and Leopard. In Selous there are more than 400 species of bird life: Fish eagle, Kingfisher, Secretary bird, Sunbird, Hammer kop, Red & Yellow bill stork, Open bill stork, Weavers, Water birds, Marabou stork, Vulture’s etc. Back to Dinner and Overnight at Ndovu Lodge (FB).

Mikumi Adventure Lodge 3

After breakfast at the lodge, Drive from Selous to Mikumi national Park. Arrive in early afternoon for hot lunch. Depart to the bush walk where at evening you will enjoy a beautiful sunset in the savannah. Dinner and overnight at Mikumi Adventure Lodge.

Morning after breakfast, you will depart for a full day game drive with packed lunch box. It’s another day for exploring the open horizons and abundant wildlife of the Mkata floodplain, Lions survey their grassy kingdom and Zebras. Wildebeest, Impala and buffalo herds around their home range. From the flattened tops of termite mounds, or some times during the rains some animals like leopards perches high on the tree. Hopeful this park is a home of four among the big five animals such as Lion, Elephant, Leopard and Buffalo except Rhino. Back to Dinner and Overnight at Mikumi Adventure Lodge.

This morning after breakfast at the lodge, you will drive to Udzungwa Mountain for a full-day game drive with packed lunch box. The purpose of this trip is to show you the Natural habitats of this park. whereby after registering you will start climbing with a park guide, taking the Sanje route to be able to see the 4 stages waterfalls. Udzungwa is one of thirty-four World Biodiversity hotspots. Expect to see Primates. Udzungwa have 11 primate’s species whereby two of these are not found in the world, these are Sanje Mangabey (Cercocebus sanjei) and Iringa Red Colobus (Procobus gordonorum). Also, you may have the opportunity to see habituated Sanje Mangabeys, different endemic plant species, birds, reptiles and Amphibians, Butterflies, waterfalls, etc. Dinner and overnight will be at Mikumi Adventure Lodge.

This will be your last day in Mikumi National Park, where you will have a chance to experience Tanzania culture from one of the famous tribes (Maasai). The excursion will start soon after early breakfast, after excursion back for Hot lunch at the lodge or packed lunch then drive back to Dar es salaam.
