On arrival at Chennai Airport/Railway Station you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Chennai is called the gateway to southern India, established in 1639 by the East India Company, is one of the oldest cities of the country. In the afternoon proceed for a half day sightseeing of Chennai. Visit Government Museum, Fort St. George, Fort Museum, St. Mary’s Church, Santhome Cathedral, Kapeeleswara Temple and drive past Marina Beach. Overnight stay at Chennai. Later return back to the hotel and have a overnight stay.
Day 2 : Chennai To Tirupati and Tirupati Darshan
Morning post breakfast proceed for Tirupati. Tirupati is one of the most frequented pilgrimage destinations in the country. Tirupati is a temple town known for the famous ancient temple of Lord Venkateswara Lord of seven hills or Balaji, as he is affectionately known on the top of the 860 mts high Tirumala hills. The temple of Lord Venkateswara is not only believed to be amongst the oldest temples in the country, but also the richest of them all. Legend has it that Lord Venkateswara borrowed money from the divine treasurer Kubera for his wedding expenses. He is still paying back this debt which is why the pilgrims donate generously to the temple funds. Overnight stay at Tirupati hotel.
Day 3 : Tirupati to Chennai
Today morning post breakfast checkout from the Tirupathi hotel and then process to pay a visit to Tiruchanoor. The Temple of Shri Padmavathi Devi and a consort of Lord Shri Venkateshwara is situated here. It is believed that a visit of Tirumala is incomplete without visiting Padmavathi Devi Temple. Later proceed further to Chennai where your drop would be taken place. Tour concludes here with sweet memories.
