Day wise Itinerary
Day 1: Windhoek

On arrival at Windhoek Airport you are met by a Tour Guide from Nali Safaris and you will be transferred to your hotel in Windhoek with the remainder of your afternoon at leisure.

Accommodation: Safari Court Hotel or similar



Day 2: Windhoek - Etosha National Park

Depart Windhoek and head north via Okahandja, for a visit to a local market, to shop for wood carvings and curios. We arrive at our lodge late afternoon.

Day 3: Etosha National Park

Today we will spend a full day in this world-class game park, visiting a number of waterholes to observe the wildlife. Etosha, translated, means The place of dry water and here we get our first view of the magnificent pan.Accommodation: Okaukuejo Wildlife Resort @ Etosha National Park



Day 4: Etosha National Park - Tsumeb

We spend another day in Etoshaunique desert landscape searching out for amongst other animals itlarge population of elephants and marvelling at its prolific bird life.Accommodation: Namutoni Wildlife Resort @ Etosha National Park



Day 5: Etosha National Park Kavango Area

In northern Namibia lies a beautiful, untouched area known as the Kavango region. It is here, right on the banks of the Okavango River, that you will find Kayova River Lodge. Affectionately known by the locals as shiwangundu (pearl) of the Okavango and situated between the towns of Rundu and Divundu.Kayova River Lodge is perfectly positioned for guests to explore the natural beauty of Northern Namibia. Activities includes: Fishing, Birding, Boating trips and cruises, Wildlife viewing, Photography tours and visits to the local community.Accommodation: Kayova River Lodge or similar



Day 6: Etosha National Park Caprivi Area

We rise early this morning for a day of travel to Caprivi Area, we depart to the park which is 6,100km and extends for about 180km from the Kavango River in the west to the Kwando River in the east. Access is easy as the park is located 200km east of Rundu or approximately 100km west of Katima Mulilo. The deciduous woodlands are dominated by trees such as wild seringa, copalwood and Zambezi teak.Accommodation: Susuwe Island Lodge



Day 7: Bwabwata Game Park Caprivi Area

While the park is sanctuary to 35 large and numerous small game species, visitors are not likely to see many of these animals, as unfortunately vehicles are restricted to the road between Kavango and Eastern Caprivi. Animals likely to be seen though are elephant, roan and kudu; buffalo occur towards the west and as many as 339 bird species have been recorded in West Caprivi.

Day 8: Nkasa Lupala National Park Caprivi Area

This is the largest wetland area with conservation status in Namibia, and is a haven for wetland species. When the flood waters from the Kwando River are high, Nkasa Lupala becomes like a mini Okavango Delta.Accommodation: Nkasa Lupala Luxury Tented Lodge



Day 9: Nkasa Lupala National Park

There are close to 1 000 buffalo in Nkasa Lupala National Park, the largest concentration in the country. It is also an important corridor for elephants moving from Botswana to Angola and Zambia and is considered a core breeding area for wildlife that can disperse into neighbouring conservancies.Accommodation: Nkasa Lupala Luxury Tented Lodge



Day 10: Chobe National Park Botswana

After an early morning breakfast, we depart for Chobe National Park in Botswana. Sprawled along the banks of the back waters, the lodge flawlessly combines the best of this unique inland flood plain - the peace and serenity of gliding through waterways lined with lush aquatic plants and the excitement of searching for big game through endless miles of green grassland.Accommodation: Camp Chobe Safari Lodge or similar



Day 11: Chobe National Park Victoria Falls

Along with many species of big game, Chobe National Park boasts the largest concentration of elephant in Africa, and our game drives and boat cruises offer visitors the opportunity to witness this amazing spectacle.Accommodation: Camp Chobe Safari Lodge or similar



Day 12: Katima Mulilo Regional Airport

Today we rise early in the morning to cross the border into Botswana and we continue our drive to the town of Caprivi Strip in Katima Mulilo to Mpacha Airport for our afternoon flight back to Windhoek at Eros Airport. You will be transferred to the hotel for overnight.Accommodation: Galton Guesthouse or similar.



Day 13: Windhoek International Airport

The morning is at leisure before you are transferred to Hosea Kutako International Airport for your onward travels.
