u00d8 The order of the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice (according to weather conditions, any Political Problems or other circumstances).

u00d8 Hotel rooms are subject to availability.

u00d8 Vehicle AC will not operate during uphill station travel.

u00d8 Airlines or seats / Rooms up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.

u00d8 Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.

u00d8 An additional mattress or a rollaway bed will be provided for the third person sharing the room. It may vary as per hotels.

u00d8 Child age 09 yrs and above treat as full adult.

u00d8 Any changes of Transportation during the tour, extra cost will be borne by the Guest.

u00d8 All traveler has to follow the day wise itinerary which will not change while traveling.

u00d8 Departure & Arrival between 2300hrs and 0700hrs mid night surcharge will be applicable.

u00d8 For delay in arrival or departure Flight / Train / Bus timings extra cost would be applicable per hour.

u00d8 If tour will be extend due to any emergency circumstances, extra cost will be borne by the Guest.

u00d8 Price can be change if ROE (rate of exchange) change. (for International tour only)

u00d8 All sightseeing & transfers services as point to point basis only, extra sightseeing & transfers at additional cost on spot payment.

u00d8 Kindly verify all the details and discuss about destination with your Tour-coordinator before travel.

u00d8 No refund for any services not utilized during the tour.

u00d8 Some sightseeing depends on Govt. permit, Each Guest should be carry their Govt. Identity Card (Original & Xerox both) with passport size photograph at the time of travel. Kindly provide Identity proof + photographs on prior basis with clear scan copy. Any error or obscure image will not acceptable. 

u00d8 If any difficulty / technically problem during the tour kindly cooperate with us to recover the situation.

u00d8 Travel Vouchers will release after receive the full & final payment.

u00d8 100% payments must be made to SUNBIRD before 15 days of Travel date.

u00d8 SUNBIRD will provide three quotations on the same destination according to your requirements, after that it will charge Rs.1000/- per quotation as a Consultation fee which will be adjust with your booking amount (subtract from the total).

50% -   At the time of booking

50% -   After receiving the tour confirmation

100% -  If travel date within 15 days

100% -  Airfare/Train fare (if any)

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation, the following Cancellation Charges would apply (excluding Airline, Cruise, Railway and other transport).

Hotel / Accommodation will not change once we reconfirm the room.

50% Cancelation charge will be applicable if cancel after made the booking.

70% Cancelation charge will be applicable if cancel 30 days and above before travel date.

90% Cancelation charge will be applicable if cancel 15 days before travel date.

No refund is allowed if cancellation is made 15 days before travel date.
