Mendoza

Mendoza is a city in Argentina's Cuyo district and the core of Argentina's wine nation, celebrated around the world for Malbecs and other red wines. Its numerous bodegas wineries offer tastings and visits. The city has wide, verdant lanes fixed with present day and craftsmanship deco structures, and littler squares encompassing Plaza Independencia, site of underground Museo Municipal de Arte Moderno, showing current and contemporary workmanship.

Arranged at the lower regions of the Andes Mountains, Mendoza is a base for close-by trekking, skiing and boating. Parque Provincial Aconcagua's Cerro Aconcagua, 180km northwest of the city, is the most noteworthy crest in the Americas. Around the local area, Parque General San Martín houses a zoo, rose garden, football stadium and college.
