Greenland

Greenland is a town in United States. The populace was 3,549 at the 2010 census.It is depleted by the Winnicut River and limited on the northwest by Great Bay.One of the soonest settlements in the state, Greenland was a ward of Portsmouth at that point called Strawbery Banke working in 1638.Captain Francis Champernowne moved from Strawbery Banke in 1640 and settled in the region of the present Portsmouth Country Club.
