About Cherokee
The residential community of Cherokee is situated in the Oconaluftee River Valley in North Carolina. The town is the home office of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, and in that capacity offers a few fascinating social and authentic locales. You can find out about the Cherokee clan at the Museum of the Cherokee Indians and the Oconaluftee Indian Village, before embarking to appreciate a wide assortment of open air exercises both inside and bordering Great Smokey Mountain National Park.
Cherokee is a town on the reservation home of the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Nation, in western North Carolina. At Oconaluftee Indian Village, the eighteenth century Cherokee way of life is saved by means of live exhibitions. In summer at the open air Mountainside Theater, the dramatization "Unto These Hills" recounts the inborn story.
