Oulu is a city in the locale of Northern Ostrobothnia, Finland. It is the most crowded city in Northern Finland and the fifth most crowded city in the nation. There are no bigger urban communities, aside from Murmansk and Norilsk, Russia, that are more northerly than Oulu. The best known social fares of the city of Oulu are Air Guitar World Championships, Mieskuoro Huutajat otherwise called Screaming Men, and the now dead metal band Sentenced.
