Morning after breakfast and start track to Manimahesh. Manimahesh Kailash Peak also known as Chamba Kailash. It is also believed that Manimahesh Kailash Peak is home of Lord Shiva. Manimahesh Lake is at the foundation of Kailash peak. The Manimahesh Lake is blessed by the goddess Kali and protected by Lord Shiva. Thousand of people take a dip in the holy water of lake. A fair is held every year at this lake in the month of August or September. It is also believed that Manimahesh Kailash Peak is unstoppable no one has so far win it. According to a local myth a local tribe tried to climb along with the herd of sheep but he failed and turned into a stone along with his sheep. Another myth is that a snake also attempted to climb the mountain but failed and was converted into stone. Devotees believe that they can view the peak only if the Lord Shiva wishes so. After that in the evening return back to hotel at Bharmour dinner & overnight stay.
