extremely fulfilled by the tour organized by the world tour organizer. the arrangements of the stay ( hotels),food(breakfast and dinner) & traveling, made us feel like family. arrangements were appropriate & timely, with special care taken as per people traveling. all the commitments as per the itinerary were followed & few changes were also entertained as per follow travellers request. i am satisfied and happy with all the hard efforts made by world tour organizer and happy to recommend ahead.

The world tour organizer Mr. KRISHNA SERMA was organized our "CHARDHAM" yatra. He is a very dynamic and dedicated person in this field. He was prepared a very good route map and schedule for our successful journey. He is having a very good quality to solve the journey as well as online system problems.
Off course we have got the vehicle problem, while journey from Rudraprayag to Guptakasi , the car spring cuts(Kamaan Patta) were badly damaged. I will try to send that broken part photos by mail. Even Though we were collectively solved the problem. In this mater also Mr.KRISHNA SERMA guided the driver to replace with new one.
I would like to say that you people (Travel agents) have to take a class/ seminar/motivation to the drivers to behave with pilgrims politely, to adapt the co operative manner, attitude with gratitude.Please guide the drivers with out drinking alcohol/drugs. Travel agency good will, Travellers life as well as driver life depends on drivers skill and behaviour.
The Journey is horrible and dangerous.
So driver roll is major part in the char dham yaatra. I would like to say few words about our program driver. As a driver he is an expert. But he havent the humanity and courtesy. He was just behaved for work to rule. Even though I would like to say that we had a nice darshan at all places, travelled comfortably and reached safely to the destiny point.
Definitely I will give the reference of Mr.Krishna Serma for who ever want a good service for Chardham yatra. Dear Krishna ji Thanks a lot for you and your World tour organization.

Very Horrible. On Each stoppage i have to pay hotel bills and each day they are demanding money. We have to wait long time for his hotel booking venue means venue should share one day before but it did not happended.
World tour organiser company got in touch with me after I searched for my trip on net at hello travel.
They took money of my air fare and accommodation once we decided to go ahead.
After few days when they did not turn up for my ticket confirmation i started calling them and then came to know that their executive was on leave who took my request.
Thursday could not manage my ticket due to delay in their service and finally we could go for trip.
It was very sad that we really lost our trip and holidays due to someone else mistake.
Now I am waiting for my refund.
I would like to request you to keep partners in such a way that they should not spoil your company name.
Sorry to say that but i won't trust hello travel and won't recommend to anyone for trip.
You need to look into this.

I contacted world tour organizer as per your suggestion. They asked me to transfer 60% advance payment i.e. Rs.23,192/- After which I requested them almost 20 times to share me E tickets for the flights but after 5 pm all the call went un answered , mobile was switch off. I booked this package for my relatives & I had really face embarrassing situation. when I contacted next day to World tour organizer, they refused to refund my payment. I really need my hard earn money back coz we neither travelled nor taken any service from them. Pl look into this matter & help me to get my money back.
They are cheat. Please do not recommend them for any of your customer. I have filled a FIR & a complaint against them and expecting a legal action soon on them.
This travel agent is cheater. Never choose this travel agent. We booked innova from this travel agent but he gave us pathetic tavera car on the same innova rent. And that was also very pathetic. And he also didn't give our Rs 1000. Please don't opt this travel agent he is a cheater.
