It was worst tour ever I had handled. My DGM travelled for her husband's birthday celebration and she shouted at me like anything just because of tour services. Top of all, Driver was not knowing hotel address and he took 7 hours from Mumbai airport to Lonavala Hotel. Total waste of Money, They were not able to do Lonavala nd Khandala Sightseeing. Even in the morning he refused to do Lonavala sightseeing as by him they will get late for flight.
He dropped them at airport on 1600 hours where as flight timings shared with him was 2050 hours. I will never book any tour from this agent and stop searching packages from Hello Travels as you guys preferring this type of agents.
