It was a nice trip everything was according to the commitment by travel agent.Hotel specially devonshire green was the ultimate property at Munnar .We have very pleasant stay at Munnar but in Thekkady it was not good to spend time there we could stay one more day at Alleppey we have only one day to stay at Alleppey we really enjoy in houseboat it was a different experience we are happy with our entire trip...

The driver and hotels were good as per my requirement. It was a good tour with family and we enjoyed it.

Very recently I took a package tour for Allepey and Munnar through your agent SNOW WORLD TOURS & the trip was run by Mr.Brian Matthews. The tour was taken on 24rd and 26th oct. 2015' with pick and drop from Kochi airport. During my entire trip your agent never ever took our whereabouts and it was always me who used to call him up for information then also his mobile was always on unreachable mode. He used to call back at his own convenience only.To add on my trip was costing 16000/- INR with stay at ALLEPPEY HOUSEBOAT AND MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING. Fine. I paid him online 5000/- advance some 3-4 months back only. Upon my arrival at Kochi airport he never mentioned that he would like to get the rest of the payment then and there only for which he created a fuss and harassed us that he will not let us enter in the houseboat and that he wanted his payment right now. I must tell you that this person was fortunate enough that I did not file an FIR against him. His name is BRIAN MATTHEWS. We had to make hurried online payment. He kept on harassing and abusing me and my husband over the phone. I have done various package tours but have never met such a rash fellow.

Tour was OK. But on last day of tour agent asked me to pay extra 638 rs. Wgich he promised to return back in few days. I traveled Kerala in March but till date in-spite of several reminders he didn't return money. Now he is not picking up my calls. Also no reply to mails either from snow world nor from hello travels.

Hello, We had booked a tour of kerala from one of the agents you connected us with- Snow World Tours. To tell you about the said agent, we were not at all happy with them at all. One Mr.Leslie Mathew, of Snow World Tours booked everything for us. We were disappinted that he had no communication with us till we called him to enquire which vehicle & driver was coming to pick us up at the airport. Finally when we called from Kochi airport, he let us know the details. Once we made the full payments, he was not bothered. Each time we had to call him. Again, at the end we were supposed to stay at a premium houseboat at Alleppey backwaters as promise. But when we saw the boat he had booked ( may be thru his driver) we told him we can't even board it let alone staying Iin it. For the boat also we had to call him to enquire about the arrangements. It was raining that morning & we waited there for a few hours till alternative arrangements were done. We asked for a premiun boat as promised or a hotel. Finally he told us to go to a hotel (which was also not good even though they claim it so). Again once reaching there, our agent Mr. Leslie asked us to pay for the hotel for the time being & said he will deposit the money in our a/c next week which we haven't received till date. It's 2 months since we came back from Kerala. We are in contact with him all the time as our money is blocked. Every time he gives such excuses like some family member is sick, someone met with accident, someone is sick with cancer. We waited on humanitarian ground but he should be ashamed. And you don't sit home for 2 months on such grounds. You have to complete your professional commitments. He doesn't take our phones as his intentions are clear. Finally 2 days back I have sent him a message saying we'll make a police complaint against you.That time he wrote he needs 4 more days. Looking at the experience how can we believe him ? I even contacted Hello Travels the same day to report the experience as we had got the agent ref.thru Hello Travel. I was told by one Mr. Sonu that he will call back once he speaks with Mr.Leslie Mathew. I haven't heard from him yet. I'm also not sure if Hello Travel Team will do anything. But thouggt it proper to inform & alert the people. Such agents shouldn't get any business. Other people shouldn't be cheated. We were in Kerala from 8th to 18th May We would appreciate if Hello Travel Team would help to get our payment due from him. Also we didn't get any bills for the payments we made. Varsha Anil Bapat
