Our trip was organised by a young lady called Hina who arranged all our hotels, drivers and internal flights. We visited Delhi, Agra, Jaipur before flying to Goa. Hina met us in Delhi and was very helpful, our drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Help was always on hand for anything we wanted or any issues we had. I take this opportunity to thank Nisha of Rang-Colours for the services for our travel to India in December 2014/January 2015. My daughters, son-in-law and I were very happy with what she had organized, and were awed by her care during the entire stay. When we started our plan, it was for the Golden Triangle Tour (Agra, Jaipur and Delhi). We contacted 6 travel agents in Delhi with our proposed plan asking for suggestions, price quotes, etc. All 6 travel agents, including Rang Colours responded promptly. After a couple of e-mails with each of the travel agents, we created a matrix to have a feel for the flexibility, service orientation, sincerity, price, reliability, etc. My family shortlisted the 6 travel agents to 2. After a couple of more e-mails, we thought that Rang Colours would be the best for us. I am glad that we concluded that way. Nisha's desire to have our business and assurance to make the trip a safe and memorable one made us to add an additional 8 days in South India. Here are some key points on the services and their quality we received from Rang Colours: 1. The vehicles provided to us were exactly the same ones promised. The vehicles were reliable and of good quality. The drivers were awesome. Mr. Jagan took care of our transportation for the first 8 days in South India, and Mr. Sanjeev did the same for 5 days in North India. Both of them were very good; very reliable, punctual, caring and smart drivers. Both were very cautious drivers and they showed flexibility with no hesitation to make changes. Thank you, Rang Colours. We felt safe, and we had no hesitation to trust the drivers with our belongings. 2. The hotels provided to us were the same we had agreed. Our check-ins, check-outs were flawless. There were no hidden charges. The staff at these hotels was great. We were very much impressed with the service they were ready to provide. The breakfasts were excellent with a good selection of Indian and Western food. I must say that the Indian food was so good that we stopped stopping by the Western food section. 3. The tour guides were very punctual. All of them were very knowledgeable of the sites. They were flexible and very caring. Bravo. 4. Nisha, on top of all, was accessible 24/7 during our entire stay in India. Although we had no reason to contact her, the fact that she was accessible gave us a very high level sense of comfort. Nisha had thought through minute details of our needs in the planning of the itinerary, and delivered a very fine travel arrangement as she had promised. I can say with no hesitation that in every aspect of the travel, in terms of every aspect of the service, Rang Colour's performance was outstanding. I can also say with no hesitation that there was nothing negative for us to comment on. In addition there were no hidden charges. The price was exactly the same we had agreed. Entire trip and sight seeing The trip was a good one as my parents and I had enjoyed ourselves a lot. We loved all the places that we went. Indeed a memorable experience for us. Driver The driver, Mr Govindraj was extremely good and polite to us. He even explained all the sightseeing places before we arrived at the destination. He brought us to various types of restaurants and tea stalls. Overall, the driver was good. Hotels In fact all the hotels were splendid.

We took 2 packages from your travel agency Rang and it was all were perfectly planned. We were greeted by neat and clean taxi and well-behaved drivers. The drivers spoke English and was well mannered. Ms Nisha who designed our packages was very prompt in her service. She was very polite and made sure all our needs are met. She upgraded us to a suite when our requested room was sold out. She made sure we get all our vouchers on time for different activities. We would highly recommend Ms Nisha and Rang - colors of India because of there fast and efficient service.

My family and I enjoyed our trip to Kerela. We were promptly picked up by Raffik at he airport and transported to the Houseboat in Allepey. The house boat was comfortable and the staff on board (Sony and Ravi) were friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate our every need. Anish picked us the next morning and transported us to Komarakom where we stayed at Paradise Resort. We enjoyed our one night here as well where the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat, tidy and comfortable and the resort well maintained. The food was good as well. Next morning we began our long trip to Munnar. Again Anish was on time and pleasant to deal with. The drive to Munnar was long and a twisty road but we enjoyed anyway. The Whispering Meadow in Munnar was good hotel. Our trip to Thekkady was also long due to twisty roads and traffic but Anish did a great job in getting us there safely. The Silver Creek hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Next day we began our journey to Kovalam where we stayed at Sagara Beach Resort. Sagara is in a good location with easy access to the beach. We made good use of and enjoyed their two swimming pools. J On the whole we had a pleasant stay in Kerela and everything was arranged as per my requirements by you. Anish was an excellent driver, helpful and friendly. The agent I dealt with, Nisha, was very helpful in putting the final package together. I had the option of changing hotels, other than those suggested. Rang delivered on all they promised. We were never stranded at any of the domestic airports (we took three internal flights). There was always a driver awaiting us at each of the arrival halls. I arrived safely back home at 13h00 SA time. I want to congratulate and share a heartfelt thanks to you for all the arrangements you put together. There was no request from me that was too much for you to accommodate and I know you did your utmost to make our trip as pleasant as possible. Your choice of hotels were good and I am glad I opted for the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai. Just so you are aware, they upgraded us to two residence suites! This was a real bonus. The Bay Watch in Goa was a good hotel and we enjoyed the Christmas dinner provided by the hotel.We enjoyed the boat cruise on the river Mandovi and managed to spot a dolphin! Our late arrival in Cochin, The Presidency Hotel was clean and functional and the supper provided by the hotel was good. We enjoyed the scenic drive to Munnar and the endless tea plantations. The Tall Trees is situated in a magical location!! I personally loved the Greenwoods Hotel in Thekkady. There was something intimate about the place and the warmth of the staff seemed to make one feel extra welcome. It was also a bonus that we could take a leisurely stroll in the main road after supper and mingle with the locals. Overall my family and I enjoyed our first taste of India (we have travelled extensively before, Europe, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand) and we would certainly want to revisit your beautiful country. It was another boutique hotel i believe which was up to the standard. We had good activities here and also some beach sightseeing included in the room. Good internet services available here. Agent name Nisha suhag. I will never take this travel agent anymore full with lies Paid so much ask for 3 star and above hotel give me 2 star. No proper arrangement Waited 1 hour at Mumbai airport for the driver. When to hotel and I told her my mum 69-year-old give me a hotel that without lift. Everywhere I have to call because no proper arrangement. Did not arrange a proper driver who know English and well wish about the places. Come to jodhpur airport again need to find the driver because he is sleeping. Went to Jaisalmer did not mention or give me any idea like stay 1 to 2 night more than enough end up nothing much there for 3-night stay. Wake up 3 am to travel from Jaisalmer to jodhpur airport. As a agent should make a proper arrangement. Give some importance to human than money Overall horrible travel agent not going to recommend to anyone I have to pay extra money to hotel last day because my flight is at 11.30 pm but Nisha did not arrange to stay longer so I have to pay so that I can leave a bit later
