The hotels they provided are far from the main market place accordingly the driver was not willing to take the market place after dropping in the Hotel. Also the Nishat View Hotel in Srinagar was not of good quality. Room is very small, damp and unhealthy.

The hotel at Munnar "Spice Jungle Resort" was wor st. The entry road w as narrow and risky.The hotel was booked far from city inspite of repeated requests for hotels in cities. No one was there to guide properly. We were provided a driver who didnt have any knowledge about the places to visit. However, later he was replaced. The behaviour of the Gold travels staff was also not up to the mark,when we complained about all this to them. Not at all satisfied,sorry.
