Driver and escort Suraj assigned for our trip was very good who drove very well all through. Hotel accomodations at Joshimath and rishikesh was good. chopta Eden Camp was very good special mention to Mr.Pratipal Singh and team for sumptuous dinner and breakfast arrangements Over all it was a great trip and thanks to Your team for making it more beautiful We would also like to have mention and convey thanks to Ms.Prerna who helped us with trip/iterinary customization I would look forward to opt for Aarav travels for my future trips to Uttarakhand

We had booked a package for 8 people for Rishikesh through Aarav Tour and travels which included camp stay, evening snacks, dinner, breakfast, lunch, and activities like bungee jumping and River rafting at an affordable price. We booked 2 nights camp in rishikesh with water rafting and bungee jumping with Aarav tour and travels. The camping site was amazing with proper cleanliness and hygiene. The food provided was very good and the agent Mr. Sohan was very helpful with the bookings and did proper follow up. We booked the rafting for 24km but since we reached late we had to do opt for 16km only. They even customised the plan according to our needs and I would definitely recommend them for future bookings.

the tour agent was only concerned with how to extracting money. on the very first day of my checking into the hotel i was asked to pay the full amount (which was not mentioned during the deal or sharing of details through email or watsapp. he did not bother to find out throughout the trip whether we were facing any difficulty or discomfort. he only called up when we were on our way back to ndls railway station. also,the most important destinations had not been included in the package.

Sub standard hotel provided at mussorie, vehicle was not provided as discussed, no proper coordination with other associates

had a telephonic talk about quatation but didn't get any

hotel charges taken exorbitant. promise ac rooms with garden view n given non ac smelly rooms.we are going to consumer court n sue aarav tours and travels.i have all details with me.they are non reliable. i have voice recording of the related person promising me the best n then giving us worst.

There was a very bad experience with Aarav Travel, first of the Driver was don't know about the road of Nainital and he was very youngster about 20 year old only. During the travel to Nainital, he was not feeling well, we had took care of him. In Nainital, hotel was not good, lack of services, even we had bought mineral water and food was also bad.

Worst experience in the name of hotel .Aarav committed for 3 star hotel but done booking in 2 star hotel.
