Eager to please, friendly, safety always at the forefront of every activity they do and most importantly did we have fun? Yes. We spent 7 days cannoning, Cochin, house boat, Munnar and a trip to Split on our rest day, which kept our 2 teenage boys very happy. In addition to making sure our activities were ok they looked after us like we were family. Recommending restaurants sorting out transport making sure we were having the best holiday ever. My friend and my family have finished a 5 day kerala tour with Imperial Journey! It was a very easy process to book tour with imperial journey and communication was excellent, we emailed them with only 1 weeks noticed and they arranged everything. Our trip started from cochin and we covered cochin munar alleppey within 5 days. I thought that we didn?t cover all the places . Our Honeymoon trip to Kerala with Imperial Journey was as good and flexible as many have already written about Imperial Journey. Contacting was easy, safety issues were properly considered and our guides were professionals. This holiday can be recommended all who want to have well organized activities without any stress of practical issues. To make short story long, we were pleased to see how much all of the personal of Imperial Journey cared about our holiday. It started with a hassle with flights due to bad weather conditions, and we were landed on a wrong airport. Stuff of Imperial Journey was really help full in bringing us to our hotel. The same caring attitude continued throughout the week. We had a lot of different activities to choose from and we enjoyed them all, from tea plantation and shopping in the local markets . The timing of ours in the end of the September was perfect; nature was green, it was not too hot, and because actual holiday season was not started yet there were no traffic jams or too crowdie in towns and Split. On the other hand the water was still little bit chilly for swimming .Munnar appeared a very beautiful town with a beautiful old part. My stay at India was good. My family and I enjoyed as we got to experience staying at a different country.a place of our grandparents. Unfortunately our stay at hotel sri Annapoorna was not as comfortable as the other hotels. room was not well maintained and was worst at hygiene matter. Please look in to it. We were also not happy with the driver as he didn't know much about the places we were to visit in tamil nadu. he was good in Kerala. I'm highlighting to you about this because we are new to the place and expect somebody to bring us around. That person should know something about that place. Other wise nothing much to complain. Entire Trip was worse ever that i encounter in my life. Driver did not check and follow the itinerary given by the company. Driver just drive to the destination as per plan. Imperial Journey team did not call and ask how the trip and what is required on the Trip while we in Kerala. Look like we been totally abused with the Itinerary but the actual not given the Service. Driver did not stop for shopping for Food. My family member very much disappointed on that issue. Hotel selected are poor service interm of Facilites. Destination schedule and plan does not meet the requirement. Everyday rush one destination to another and limited time for R&B and Shopping. many Places as per itinerary did not bring to, and did not acknowledge, until the last day. when check the Itinerary found we been abused. After the trip, i send the report of feedback, the Company replay as cant do much since its already over. they will do improvement at thier end. We be come the victimize and the trip does not value to the cost we paid.
