the view from the location is awesome. we traveled along with families of friends. its above some 12 to 14 km from main town but very quite and beautiful location. neat and clean rooms & bathrooms,they serve both veg/ non veg food,the morning break fast was very, very good.the staff were all very friendly, and would always check you had everything you needed. the manager was extremely helpful during my stay, giving me information on the area.

I have book a tour package with Zia holidays they have very soft spoken at the time of booking and all over the tour when we come at our trip Specially thanks for Mr. Sandeep who guide us every time at the time of booking and during the tour driver, hotel (Aranyaka Resort, Elephant Route, Alleppey Boat House) and food every thing is good. We have visited Kerala & Thailand through Zia Holidays ... It was very nice experience and the best deal ever. The hospitality , accomodation and transportation provided was at it best , we were not need to worry about single thing whatever was asked in the package same was provided with best in everything. It was overall an excellent experience. All the arrangements made by the Zia tours, were perfect and we had no issues during our entire stay at Dubai and Kerala. Excellent arrangements with all amenities as detailed. Unexpected exotic locations were on site with no human intervention prior to us. The owners of Zia travels PVt ltd Mr Jijo is nice humanbeing and honest person.also the staff sandeep das also good person. They don't cheat or fool you.. And very prompt n quick in solving any issues or problems during tour. They are fast growing company.Just need to concentrate more on planning itinerary well in advance and in detail as tourist doesn't know which are the best places to go to n which one to be avoided and which place r open and closed in particular month. Overall service good

We had pleasant experience with Ooty Visit via Zia Holidays Agent. Pickup and Drop done in @Coimbatore Station. They provided Excellent Driver and Good Hotel Facility for the Package. Package is little bit High, but worthy when its Seasonal Long Weekend. If u ask rating for trip events, Driver : 4.5/5 Package : 4/5 Room : 4/5 Room Service : 3/5 Pros: Good Transportation Good Room Facility Good for Couples Reasonable Cost on Season Local Guide/Driver Hotel Room Comfort is Safe & Good. Cons: 1. Morning Breakfast is not at all worthy Like 3 Star Range, which packed from Outside of Hotel. So took more time, which makes trip startup time delays. 2. Hotel Room is Good But Its not worthy for 3 Star Because of, above reason and > Limited Time Hot Water Availability (7:30AM - 9AM). > Room Service not at all like 3 Star Hotel. (Zion International, Ooty) Try to Fix these small things will make the trip Awesome. Overall, Had PLESANT / HAPPY Experience on Chillllll Ooty,Its Rating is 4/5. It was excellent, much before the train reached the station we have started receiving the calls from Zia tours and Car driver. Vehicle was clean and driver was like guide to us and Zia tours were in touch everyday. Accommodation provided was also comfortable in both the locations i.e, in Munnar and Thekkaddy. We thank Zia tours for their arrangements made during the trip.

Munnar is very good place to visit, climate and views are precious, overall we are very much enjoyed the trip with zia tours

Not a worthy trip, what ever the eternity they shared that's not covered in the day -1. They saying some traffic issues or other things which are not relevant.

had my worst experience at zia holidays i wish i could give 0 rating 1st thing - driver had no idea of routes & roads and no proper knowledge of google maps. we directed the driver opening googles maps in our phone all throughout our journey 2nd thing - everyday before reaching our pre-decided hotel we used to be told that our hotel has been changed for some or other reason. and all times our hotel was degraded. at a time we were given a third class lodge that had a cheap bar downstairs

worst experience ever. they don't give same hotels what they promise. 1. my trip had total 9 hotels and 7 of them were changed by them and most of them were downgraded. even if i paid all the amount in advance before starting the trip. 2. they promised houseboat in alleppey but they have given basic hotel over there. alleppey is famous for houseboats and backwaters only. 3. we have booked whole trip from madurai to kochi.but they limit the cab to 1500kms only, which was not mentioned earlier
