holidays with sweet memories

1.the property which we received in bangkok was not good at all. it was a very small budget hotel, where we were promised of 3 star hotel. 2.we did not get indian breakfast from this hotel and when we talk to our agent they said that it was not mentioned that we need indian breakfast but according to us it was understood that we are indian and we need indian breakfast only. 3. last day trip was not half day tour it was a tour for hardly 1 hour which was totally useless.
